October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Breast Cancer is the second most common type of cancer among women in the United States.   In fact, of all the women you know, 1 in 8 will contract some form of breast cancer in her lifetime.

With such a high number of people affected by this illness, we need to find ways to support them this month!  Lots of companies are supporting the cause by making products where part of the proceeds go to breast cancer research.  I am going to help support breast cancer awareness this month by wearing and buying pink products.  What’s better than buying a product you love and knowing part of the proceeds are going to help loved ones!
